I happened to see a feature/documentary made by some french production company on Discovery Israel about the HastinaPura City. HastinaPura is a small town in Central India. Prof. B.B Lal , Retired Head of Archealogical Survey of India conducted a series of excavations of in and around the current day Hastinapura immediately after India got its Independence in 1950 after 200 years of sadistic,cruel tyranny of British regime and 1000yrs of barbaric and trecherous muslim invasions.
Their guide is Vyasa virachita Mahabharatam. They dug trenches at various places and to their excitement found a whole new city underneath the existing town which is much bigger than the existing one on the top at a level which almost dates to the time of Lord Krishna.
