Chanakya: The Forgotten Hero

Two thousand three hundred years ago, when things are not much different, when the sanatana dharma is made fun of , India gave birth to a visionary and a scholar who had the capacity to unite entire "Bharat Varsha" under one flag. He is VishnuGupt.Popularly known as Chanakya(after his father's name - Acharya Chanak) and Kautilya( for his plans, hardly understood even by the wisest until they are executed)

VishnuGupt is born in the great ancient city of Pataliputr(present day Patna) in a Hindu Brahmin family. His father is a acharya(loosely related to current day professor) of political sciences.

It was rightly said "Path of righteousness is full of thorns". It is the time when Buddhism and Jainism are growing at rapid pace. People are divided due to regional and sectoral politics. System of soveriegn states is plagued with problems. "Bharat" is dead meat on open savannah, inviting external elements for an attack.Unfortunately for the rest of the world and fortunately for India it is the time Alexander started his conquest to win the entire world(not much different from the British Conquest-- but British are proper assholes and lacked any morality which Alexander might have possessed). The biggest of the soveriegn states is "Magadha" ruled by dhanananda, a greedy sneeky chicken hearted king. His rule is marked by levying of silly stupid taxes on people,
